• Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Operation, P2P process Cycle, Category, Contract and Commodity management, vendor management with ARIBA/SAP-SRM and MM, SAP-ECC, FIORI, Oracle Cloud Fusion, Ivalua P2P Solution• Responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and completeness of orders and recording any discrepancies and Storing goods in the warehouse according to established procedures, labelling and organising items for easy retrieval.• Cost Analysis & Benchmarking - Drive specific initiatives aimed at cost reduction in the Procurement of raw material and finished product.• Arrange Shipping, Logistic and Documentation work for Shipment. Also calculating landing cost for clients.• Maintain accurate inventory records, including performing regular counts of stock and reconciling any discrepancies• Develop relationships with vendors and work with vendor manager to establish operations requirements • Expertise in Tactical buy/Spot buy, RFX/RFP & price Negotiation, Invoice processing, Contract Enablement and Validation, Catalogue creation in ERP tools such as SAP-Material management, Radix, Coupa, Ariba, S4 HANA , Ivalua P2P and S2P Functional Consultant and Oracle Fusion ERP.

Work Responsibilities:• Managing and maintaining the transactional records and Indirect Purchasing request in P2P process.• Responsible for creating Purchase Order, doing RFQ, negotiation with supplier, tracking orders Acknowledgment, Expediting Purchase Request and Open PO Closure. • Assisting supplier for bidding process through ERP.• Assisting with the preparation of daily processed transactional data for management decision making.
