Technical evaluation/appraisal as well as valuation of the Plant & Machinery & Equipment's/Accessories etc. of the different industries including procurement and checking their prices and comparison with market prices. Also to make financial analysis forecast sales of the project and calculate the requirement of the net of working capital of the project. To prepare detailed appraisal reports (including estimated detailed cost of New, BMR, Expansion projects (i.e. Rice/Flour Mills, Energy & Power plants, Sugar & Ethanol units, Textile mills etc.) Construction Project like Hotels/Plazas and other allied industries/projects. To estimate the cost of the projects with the costing of the material (including raw material) this required in projects of different industries (i.e. for civil works and plant & machinery and their accessories as per requirement in the projects etc.). Also liaison with the sponsors and the bank to check the prices for plant & machinery being proposed to procured. Visit of the project sites for evaluating/appraising the existing facilities of the projects before the sanctioning the project. Monitoring of the projects and vigorously follow-up with the clients for recovery of loans. In default cases, arranged visits and meeting to ascertain the position of the clients. Also negotiations with sponsors for amicable settlement of loans by preparing thorough rescheduling/restructuring proposals as and whenever required. Being an Electrical Engineer assisted Administration and Real Estate Departments on technical matters. Moreover, carried-out consultancy regarding electric & other works whenever renovation or installation (LT/HT panels & change of cables, as well as heavy duty generator etc) took place. Further, to resolve any queries from State Life Insurance Corporation as a lessor of PICIC Head Office premises through meetings and negotiations.
