 Handling multiple project simultaneously and have been involved in whole life cycle (Define, Design, Build, Testing and Deployment) for the project. Domain Understanding. Gathering and reviewing the requirements from clients and Business, Analyze the business and system requirements and document the Test Scenario.  Preparing test strategy and test plan for SIT and get them approved from Client. Also get myself involved in reviewing Test cases, Executing Test cases and reviewing Test results. Coordinating the offshore team members to understand the requirements and help testing team to create and execute the test cases. Responsible for preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Software test status reports and update the status to management and customers. Define priority of requirements from Business and triage to development teams based on complexity and importance. Log & Track Bugs\Enhancements in Siebel CTMS application. Identify, validate, document, and escalate system bugs Identifying bottlenecks in process and suggesting suitable improvements. New member induction to product and process and training. Conducting meetings on performance, updates and enhancement of the process.
