I have an overall 27years of blended and diverse experience in the fields of HR Management, Policy formulation & implementation, General Administration, Employee Relations, Industrial / Labor affairs and Security; at various challenging job roles in reputable Organizations and Corporate Set ups. I have done MBA (HRM) from the University of Sindh in 2004- 2005.I joined Pakistan Army as junior cadet and passed out as a commissioned officer in infantry unit.Promoted to the selected rank of Lt Colonel,commanded (Headed) two infantry units,served as staff officer, As Major and Captain also served at various command and staff positions.After completing color service, joined Consolidated Logistics Corporation as Manager Sales and Marketing for almost ten months. Meanwhile , I was selected as Manager Human Resource in 2010 by Lucky Cement Limited for its Plant at remote area of Pezu , KPK.Having seen my commitment ,performance and professional acumen I was promoted to the position of Senior Manager- Public Relations.During critical periods Company also reposed confidence to look after the security and safety aspects.
