Duties & Responsivities: Repair Technician ( Rig Floor Equipment department):Repair & maintain top drives, draw-works, mud pump, iron-roughnecks, handling tools, rotary tables, pipe handlers, BX Elevators, travel blocks, crown blocks, deadline anchors & jacking gear box etc.…Handling of logistics for mobilizing and demobilizing the equipment’s and parts. Spare Parts Coordinator. • Coordinate with all shop departments to ensure proper inventory level has been maintained.• Coordinate with warehouse to release Parts for workshop jobs.• Checking of Received Parts from warehouse to make sure it’s as per ordered & Matching with our requirement.• Place an order for the parts for any missing or additional parts. • Keep tracking of missing parts and update the management accordingly.• Regularly monitor and update safety stock levels in the system when necessary. Additional Responsivities:• Prepare Delivery & Received note for Customers and vendors. • Coordinate and arrange to send items for third party shop • Focal point of contact for receiving and delivery of all material in shop• Coordinate and arrange relevant trailers and cranes for loading and offloading. • Handover the required parts to technician
