• Coordinate with client, consultant, supervisor, planner & mechanical engineers• Planning for material availability for every shift production as per PPC plan• Coordinating projects from awarding through completion and responsible for monitoring schedule and activities to achieve project success• Coordinate between production, manufacturing & purchasing Personnel with all necessary document inquiries• Negotiating with Vendors to achieve cost effective movement of material & ensuring the timely deliveries• Plan, Co-ordinate, Schedule & Monitor material availability to support production activities• Attend meeting periodically with top management and client to discuss project progress and other requirements• Assuring ECO - BOM Changes are packaged and implemented such that there is no adverse impact to MRP.• To provide support to the supervisor & foreman• Responsible for full site works execution and completion• To check the scope of work plans, drawings & quantities of material• To prepare daily and monthly progress report• Performing & maintaining record of incoming inspection and final inspection as per ITP procedure GAD drawing and PO• Preparing risk assessment, COSH and handling the accident investigation tools• Conducting awareness about safety management system, HIRA, EIA, inspection for health and safety audit• Ability to manage and control all types of health and safety issues• Prompt safety awareness among the work force through the training and other HSE motivational activities
