I am responsible for the preparation of Project plans/programme, technical submissions, CAD related works, O&M manual and ensuring the accuracy of financial forecast (variation calculations).I am also required to collaborate with sub-contractors and the design team to modify various Mechanical & Electrical Engineering drawings in order to ensure successful completion of projects.I conduct weekly site inspections in order to record progress and to ensure appropriate actions have been taken to eliminate snags.I regularly liaise with clients in a professional manner in order to ensure client satisfaction.Major Projects:Bank of England (London) – “Boiler Replacement Project including redesign of the existing boiler room”Bank of England (Debden) – “Air Handling Unit Replacement Project”Santander Triton Square – “Data Centre enhancement including new UPS’s, Fan coil units etc”30 Cannon Street – “Cat A & B fit out and refurbishment of the 2nd, 3rd, 5th floors & roof”

I was responsible for taking measurement readings of different equipment to ensure correct operation.I was also required to collaborate with the principal contractor & design team to ensure maintainability of different conveyor baggage systems.I also conducted weekly site inspections in order to ensure that all the benchmark was up to standard and appropriate actions had been taken to eliminate snags.

I was required to assess Mechanical & Electrical Engineering drawings and extract relevant information from them.I was also responsible for the authoring of the Mechanical and Electrical Operation & Maintenance manuals for various projects as well as collaborate effectively with external suppliers and contractors.

Since I started University, I have been tutoring GCSE to A-Level Maths and Physics on a regular basis. This enhanced my ability to devise new strategies to accommodate the needs of each individual, as well as communicate clearly and efficiently. From this, I Gained vital mentoring skills and teaching experience.I was also responsible for organising weekly meetings with other tutor members to help in developing better team work experience.

I was responsible for handling cash and maintaining a high level of customer service at one of TK Maxx’s largest & busiest stores. I was frequently required to work on the customer service desk to deal with refunds and answering phone calls.My duties also included working with my colleagues to tag and send the stock out to the shop floor efficiently and consistently on a tight schedule, requiring strong team work and organisation skills.
