- Provide technical support to South office of around 100 users in a timely manner, while adhering to the organization’s Technical SOPs.- Research and development in order to digitize most of our work.- Piloting the launch of various systems including an Online Document Management Systems and Network Management System (e.g. Office 365, Cisco Meraki, MS Dynamics, etc…) - Succeeding in getting South office to become the first field office to be fully compliant to all ICT regulations and standards.- Support and troubleshooting include but not limited to, all computers, printers & peripherals, phone connection, Internet connectivity, Software and Windows Updates, as well as the Local Area network.- Manage all ICT assets and consumables, while maintaining up to date logs of all asset transfers.- Conduct on-demand training on new systems for all users and/or any other technical subjects.- Test new Audio/ Visual equipment and provide thorough feedback on malfunctions.- Plan and adhere to a yearly budget for ICT department, concerning the field office.- Use the accumulated experience to write a SWOT analysis report to better plan for future projects.- Provide support to other offices when needed.- Maintain professional yet friendly relations with all employees to ensure quality of service.- Maintain working relationships with relevant local authorities and/or stakeholders.- Conduct ICT induction for new employees as well as a basic training on all systems in order to introduce them to systems adopted by NRC.- Write material and conduct trainings on several IT topics relevant to users’ work upon request.
