Evaluate and priorities workload within the schedule.• Controlling the project plan reviewing the design and specifications, and controlling project costs• Coordinate with Project Manager to manage and finish the critical activities in order by addressing the priorities • Assist in Preparing all Inspection Requests (WIR), Requests for Information (RFI) for site.• Attend all consultant inspections and undertake all necessary follow-up• Updating and monitoring the IRs log. Organize daily meetings with the Site Engineers to check on the inspections and any construction issues. Identify any problems/issues on site and provide solutions and ensure they are carried out.• Checking various invoices for example with concrete and monitoring the data sheets.• Confirming product performance by facilitating in-house co-ordination with the lab and ensure that all test results are submitted on time.• Monitoring relevant safety objectives and legal requirements to maintain a safe and clean working environment.• Attending various weekly meetings and taking minutes. Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and that labourers are fully trained. • Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress report in co-ordination with Planning Engineer• Preparing in-house reports for the Project Manager.• Interpret clients’ requirements and develop project objectives.• Lead a team of Site Engineers and delegate duties accordingly, supporting them with technical advice.
