The main tasks :1- Preparation and submission of budgets in collaboration with the directors of the units to be included within the annual work plan and work to adjust their implementation plans within the stomach for it. 2 - Preparation of the financial system and the company's accounting policies and procedures and developing them according to circumstances and needs of the company.3 - Do all the administrative functions of the organization and develop and evaluate staff within the Administration, and carry out systems development work and documented within the policies and procedures are clear and approved by senior management.4 - To supervise the performance of management accounts and directing their performance towards achieving the objectives as planned.5 - Supervise the rational use of resources and compliance with laws and regulations.6 - Supervising the implementation of financial and accounting procedures approved by the company.7 - To oversee the financial statements of the company in a timely manner, review and approval and submit them to the concerned.8 - Overseeing the preparation of settlement statements of banks per month and take necessary action regarding any differences (if any) in accordance with the procedures adopted for this, and supervise the preparation of the necessary adjusting entries.9 - Work on the financial statements provide detailed and up to date and show the account balances immediately when you need it.10 - The preparation of periodic reports and necessary for senior management and any periodic reports may be requested in a timely manner and accurately reflect the true picture of the status of the company.
