►Materials break down For (Aluminum Curtain Wall, Skylights, Aluminum Composite Metal Cladding (ACP), Stainless Steel Handrail, Stainless Steel Cladding, and Steel Structures)►Preparation of Quotations as per Project Details & Specifications for different systems (Alupco , Gulf , Schuco , Alu-K , Technal , Brital)►Preparation of Estimation Software’s using Visual Basic 6 to accelerate The Estimation Cycle.►Preparation of shop drawings for projects containing items such (curtain wall, windows, doors, frameless glass, skylights, canopies, aluminum composite panel cladding)► Structural Load Calculations for (Curtain Wall) & profile selection for proper design & estimation using SAP-2000.► Making the cutting list for all aluminum items such (curtain wall, windows, doors, frameless glass, skylights, canopies, aluminum composite panel cladding)►Accurately making the material request of the projects.►Managing team of 4 estimators.►Carefully checking that all estimated items comply with the project details & specifications.►Issuing the necessary variation orders with cooperation with the Project Management Department.►Preparing all software’s & excel sheets to cover the Estimation Department needs►Arranging with the Design Department Manager about all necessary technical issues regarding the projects & all variation orders during the project running period.► Great the suitable estimation strategies & develop it to meet the future requirements.► Estimate the manpower time & cost with cooperation with Plant Manager.►Attending the interviews before contract signature & discussing all related issues about the project.►Checking all shop drawings before approval to make sure that it matches with the project final quotation.►Attending the interviews before contract signature & discussing all related issues to the project.►Preparation of technical Submittals & any required clarification details with the offer.
