Team Leader
Current- Ensure all work performed in the department is in accordance with the correct maintenance data & tools.- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework & internal quality policies within the department.- Ensure high accuracy & attention to detail within the department.- Ensure that work is only carried out after the appropriate level of training has been undertaken.- Ensure work practices are carried out in accordance with the organisation's MOE. - Report any found discrepancies in maintenance data to the quality manager/operation manager.- Report any applicable safety concerns in accordance with the company's SMS (Safety Management System).- Adhere to & pro-actively promote company health & safety policies.- Priorities all work within department effectively.- Key holder with AOG responsibilities.- Identify & provide training to all staff within department.- Create & maintain a team ethos within the company.- Lead & drive the team with achieving the department & organization KPI's.- To complete any other tasks as delegated by the Operation Manager/General Manager to suit the needs of the business.- Be responsible for any Health & Safety matters within the Department & the organisation, & report any issues to the Health & Safety Manager.- Liaise regularly with the Operation Manager to ensure targets are met & understood.- Improve & maintain efficiency within the department through lean & continuous improvement techniques.
