Attached to the Airport Screening System unit within the Engineering Department, the role covers everything that involved with Operation & Maintenance requirement of the system which include:Technical• Ensure effective scheduled preventive maintenance carried out to minimize unplanned breakdown• Implement in-depth breakdown root cause analysis to enhance work procedure and prevent reoccurrence for continual improvement• Implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001)• Annual execution of World Class Maintenance – Focus Equipment Improvement project• Develop, document and advise higher management with current technologies on Screening System• Involvement in Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) for Baggage Handling System and Screening System KLIA2 project • Analysis of equipment Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Cost Ownership (TCO)• Participate in projects for energy saving initiative Procurement & Contract• Preparing tender documents e.g. BQ, tender estimation, technical evaluation, and approval paper• Sourcing and negotiation with vendors• Implement purchasing procedure; PR, RFQ, Invoice verification, etc. using SAP system• Periodic review of current contract to ensure all works, supplies and claims meet the needs statement and agreementFinancial & Report• Annual budget forecast to meet the operation requirement• Control and minimize overall operating expenses to meet the company’s EBITDA• Plan CAPEX projects and ensure the project execution meet the planned budget• Optimize the budget utilisation as planned• Preparation of Monthly Budget ReportManpower Management & Safety• Organize and coordinate works carried out by contract vendors• Monitor each team and individual performance from MTBF and MTTR data analysis• Employee productivity management• Implement 5S culture and workplace safety inspection • Ensure compliance of radiation safety according to Atomic Energy Licensing Act 304

• Ensure and optimize process operation• Guarantee the quality of the treated water produced • Control and minimize operating expenses• Organize and coordinate works carried out for operators, team leader and supervisor • Recommend technical developments• Build and develop relationships with customers and partners• Involve and supervise technical projects for plant rehab and upgrading works• Manage subcontractors and suppliers • Design,construct and apply quality manual,procedure and work instructions for ISO 9001:2008 and 5S certification# Optimized total production cost by 8% (RM 140k) savings on electrical, chemical and maintenance cost for 1st quarter 2013# Minimize labour cost by organizing leave and overtime planning # Significantly reduced Dangi plant wastage from 20% to 6% # Successfully contributed in obtaining Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 for business process improvement
