Saudi Aramco, the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, is a Saudi Arabian public petroleum and natural gas company based in Dhahran. It is one of the largest companies in the world. Below is description of my activities serving in different departments. The role consisted of leading Project Engineering support for proposals and projects, assisted with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), hydraulic analysis, equipment and line specifications, preparing and evaluating bid packages, and interacting with engineering, operation and fabrication disciplines. Responsibilities include:• Part of SAPMT technical support team responsible for Design and execution of Project at Offshore Platforms. (Safaniya, Zuluf, Marjan ).• Supported project execution team at different vessels locations. Initiated detailed work outline. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated work groups on the jobsite. • Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.• Developed Scope of Work with all deliverables, Company Estimate to develop design packages, Prepared and issued construction bid documents (RFQs) resolved technical bid queries (TQs), received bids, evaluated Technical / Commercial and recommended to award the contracts for execution of project scope. • Organized Value Engineering, HAZOP, Risk Management Workshops for the Project. • Defined, generated, and reviewed project requirements documentation. • Performed technical studies to refine project requirements.

Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Khursaniya Gas Plant (KGP) Saudi Aramco.• Worked in Gas plant construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning and function test activities for assigned area, NGL and SRUs.• Monitored and inspected the construction progress of assigned project assuring conformance with design specifications, company codes/standard, and material. • Organized walkthrough from proponents of the facility and addressed all exceptional items into system and issued Request for closure when completed as per Company GIs.• Coordinated activities and resolved issues among proponents, contractors and other parties to allow construction activities to progress according to plan and final Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) and handed over facility to proponents for production.

Suncor Energy is a Canadian integrated energy company based in Calgary, Alberta. It specializes in the production of synthetic crude from oil sands. Its primary operating plant is in Fort McMurray Alberta. Responsibilities included,• Provided technical support to design, procurement and installation for plant shutdown.• Reviewed and approved Design Work Packages and supervised contractor activities.• Arranged and conducted project deliverables review meetings to successfully meet project objectives.• Captured performance information of contractor on timely basis.• Maintained records of work hours, quantities and budget expense.

Company is involved in designing and manufacturing lights and electronics for the automotive industry. Its North American manufacturing facility is situated in Flora, Illinois, with plant production sites also in Mexico. Responsibilities included,• Responsible for maintenance in a fast-paced, high-volume operation. Responsible for training and development, direction in equipment installation, preventive maintenance, repair, safety, quality, and managing priorities. Work closely with Engineering, suppliers, outside contractors, and other Plant departments. Lead team of Mechanical Maintenance Mechanics in repair activities.• Used design capability to designed tooling, jig/fixtures to support smooth production.

The company designs, manufactures, and assembles all kinds of PCBs for telecommunication applications using computer-aided equipment.• Estimated the manpower and duration for each work order and plan when the work can be scheduled to fit production requirements.• Developed, implement, monitor and optimize instrument preventative maintenance programs.• Developed instrument scopes for major outages and turnarounds.• Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized so that production targets are not affected.
