In this role I work directly with Partners and Cisco internal Renewal Managers as our stakeholders in a Presales and Post sales motion to help manage and optimize assets from purchase to renewal, safeguarding and ensuring data accuracy of our customers at all times, by doing the deep analysis on the related info to help reach the most correct and accurate data and populating the needed reports to assist in giving the accuracy needed on both revenue and renewals for each of our customers.• Accelerating the transformation toward reoccurring revenue, by engaging in different aspects of opportunity management and deal life cycle execution.• Engaging with sales and program teams.• Applying data analysis techniques by: collect, organize, visualize, and assimilate data.• Contribute to the accuracy of enterprise data, and overall business performance metrics.

Provide top-level technical support, including problem resolution, change implementation, meeting/calls and one-on-one technical support within SLAs for clients. Ensure teams output meets quality and service level standards set by management and clients. Coordinate the daily activities of the operation engineers, set priorities for the team to ensuretask/tickets completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors. Create detailed reports based on management and client requests. Develop strategies, processes, and procedures to increase the efficiency of the operations teams Evolve the operational tooling framework towards automation, reduction of repetitive manual tasks, proactive monitoring and incident detection, system self-repair Preparing reports for executive and project teams Attend client and stakeholder meetings, respond to their inquiries, share status with them and addressany concerns raised. Assisting in development of processes and procedures.

In this role I am responsible for monitoring, processing data, analyzing error trends and break-fixing as well as other operational duties as assigned.Duties are diversified between operational support of business-critical real-time hourly, daily, weekly and monthly reports and executivedashboards, data integrity, data availability, application support, customer support, data management, and service delivery.Tools used: Ambari, CLOUDERA Manager, JIRA, Service Now, Zabbix, Grafana, Airflow
