 Site Manager of concession SW RO plants for the company 25,000 m3/day. Maintenance Manager of (24 members) team responsible for operation and maintenance of water production and distribution system consists of SWRO plants running using latest ERD technologies and 40 Km distribution network with more than 100 delivery points servicing 78 clients. Site Head of a team responsible for the Maintenance of Concession and O&M SWRO Plants (total capacity 40,000 m3/day.) & STP plants in Sharm El Sheikh area, Red sea area, North coast area, and Ain Sokhna area. (Extended aeration and Bio shaft technologies)- Manage technical documentation, reporting, and archiving system.- Conduct meetings / interviews with different clients / suppliers / candidates.- Follow and apply plant operation within all the specifications and guidelines.- Responsible of planning and implementing preventive maintenance process.

- I'm also supervising the operation and maintenance of 40 Km distribution network with more than 90 delivery points.- Represent the O&M and IU in most meetings with clients or contractors in Sharm El Sheikh area.

- Managing a central workshop for preparing new units, and maintenance of returned defected pumps and motors from external sites.- The central workshop deals with st. steel, steel, electric, mechanical, and PVC works.- Ensuring that the maintenance of the concession plants of the company is totally performed efficiently.- Leading a staff, responsible for the follow-up and assigning the various maintenance tasks for them.- Ensuring that all equipment are regularly serviced and that they function without problems.- Responding to any corrective maintenance, and lowering the down time ASAP.- Preparing the required check lists and preventive maintenance schedules for the wells equipment and internal plant equipment as well (including periodic maintenance, life-time changes for bearing, lubrication, belts, …)- Preparing reports after completing the repairs; if necessary.- Performing the required predictive maintenance with a staff of technicians and assistants.- Performing any other duties related to my job description assigned by the O&M director.- Maintaining the mechanical inventory record and ordering the required spare parts.- Using Infor (ERP system) regularly for ordering spare parts and monitoring the stock.- Recording work orders for every job for the maintenance staff.- Co-operate with the operation engineers to complete the RO process efficiently.
