Major Accomplishments• Led the proposal budget development as a grants focal person of Reading Enhancement for Advancing Development (READ) activity. This was a five-year United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-supported project with $ 27 million budget, implemented by Save the Children International (SCI).• As a Manager Financial Analysis and Compliance, led the successful implementation and closing of the READ activity USAID-supported 5 years project implemented by Save the Children International (SCI). There is no disallowance, noncompliance, and financial misconduct.• Led the proposal budget development as a grant’s focal person of the Suchana-Ending the Cycle of Undernutrition in Bangladesh project. This was a seven-year European Union (EU) 7 DFID-supported project with EUR 51.29 million budget implemented by Save the Children International (SCI).• Support to conduct large and critical procurement and ensure the donor and organizational compliance in finance point of view as a permanent member of SCI central procurement team. An amount of BDT2.6 million was saved from one procurement and rewarded for this.
