Responsibility for paint shop Production with zero Defects. Maintain all process & ensure parameters documents as per ISO & IATF AUDIT . Process Parameter Setting for spray Booth ( Temperature, Humidity , Down Draft Velocity, Viscosity & Troubleshooting.  Responsible for paint quality Performing tests Like: Adhesion Test , DFT Test ,WFT test , Color Meter Test , Gloss Meter Test hardness test. Well Conversed with quality improvement systems. Like FIFO, LPA, FPA, 5S, 4M, Kaizen & Poka- Yoka, Jig Fixture Knowledge. To Ensure paint Defects, and their Troubleshooting. New paint Batch (Sample) Testing With panel and wet paint testing Like DFT , Gloss, Adhesion Test , Viscosity, Electrical Resistivity ,Solid Content and report compile in file for record purpose. Problem Solving through 7QC Tools, why-why analysis and take CAPA from manufacturing end. Analyze work related problems and assist worker in solving the problem. Preparing the daily shift production report and presenting to the management in the morning meeting Managing the team of 10 to 12 people in the paint shop production department Ensure good housekeeping of shop floor, ensure proper upkeep of machines, Materials are maintained at its places. Ensure quality checks are performed at designated frequencies and record the same in prescribed format.

 Responsible for Production Planning of painting of metallic and non-metallic parts of Door Trim and Car bumper, Bezel, Pockets. Hand on experience on troubleshooting of Manual Paint Booth and automatic Paint Booth Documentation and implementation of process monitoring check-sheets, SOP, update Work Instruction. Responsible for Develop and Practice lean manufacturing practice like 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen. Responsible for entire PT and Paint shop activities and deliver Quality results greater than 95% straight pass of painted parts. Troubleshooting of Paint defect, Remedies and their Prevention.  Expertise- in Impact Resistance test, Gloss, DFT, Color variation result, Viscosity, WFT, TTR and Color meter test, adhesion test. Preparation of testing module and Provide Training to the new operators. Analyze work related problems and assist worker in solving the problem. Maintain Production and Quality Record and reporting to the Paint Shop Manager. Manpower Management and Planning as per the Production Plan
