▪ Represent Tefron in front of the clients, by handling purchase orders, analysis of salespattern/direction, customize requests, weekly WIP details, and any required information about the product/service.▪ Solve problems in specific circumstances by providing clients with solutions that are personalized to their needs and standards.▪ Respond to customers’ requests, adapt to the changes and ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.▪ Collaborate with freight forwarders to guarantee prompt and appropriate transportation of products from stuffing points up to end responsibility/obligation points.▪ Reduce freight costs by managing shipments schedule, negotiating contracts with shipping line companies, and plan the most efficient transit shipping route.▪ PO management by building orders details that are required for every stage of process through ERP system.▪ Facilitate information flow through ERP system or SOP lists.
