Responsible for securing and ensuring the required labor force, both locally and globally for all company’s contracts and projects including but not limited to:o The American Army Contracts.o Company’s contracts with the Kuwaiti harbors institution.o Company’s contracts with the Kuwait ministries.•Responsible for the coordination and communication with the embassies pertaining to the required labor force, and performing all necessary procedures required to ensure obtaining of the required workers.•Supervise the newly arrived workers during the 100 days probation period until the start of their applicable work in the respective project.

Responsible for the following sections in the company: - Administration - Payroll - Shareholders registry of the company

- Teachings of Microsoft Office - Developed and implemented standards based lessons about Microsoft Office according to The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training.- Assessed, recorded and communicated student progress.- Organized learning resources and the classroom environment.
