• Administrate and manages accommodation facilities, catering and general service contracts at Site.
• Ensuring cost optimization implementation and adherence to the contract’s terms and conditions.
• Coordinates with Commercial Division for the procurement of Company required services such as housing, catering, transportation, security and general services.
• Involved in budgeting, KPI, preparing Scope of Work, costing, technical evaluation, site visits, clarifications and awarding.
• Evaluate contractors’ performance, directs amendments and renewals.
• Checks, verifies and approves contractor invoices.

• Ensure that all staff activities adhere to Restaurant Quality Standards.
• Plan and organize appropriate staffing level to achieve optimum performance.
• Monitor department actual performance as compared to planned performance and take corrective action as required.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and grooming, ensuring that HACCP and Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority guidelines are implemented.
• Performing on-the-job training to the staff and organizing regular training sessions.
• Participate in staffing requirements to ensure the right caliber of staff is selected to meet company objectives.

• Manages all Special Services Officers who control all guest activities through Lounges.
• Handle the entire process for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Armed Forces, Protocol, Royal Family and Al Dar Guests.
• Ensure that daily procedures are carried out to provide best in class service.
• Liaise with relevant airlines and departments at all times.
• Responsible for obtaining customer comments given the ability to recognize the opportune moment and approach the guests. And action accordingly where appropriate.
• Plan and manage all food and beverages service at the Lounge.
