Profile Objective/Career Summary:Goal-oriented professional with over 12 years of diverse experience at Super Design, excelling as a Sub Manager, Operations Manager, Wholesale and Retail Salesperson, Digital Marketer, Graphic Designer, Accountant, and DIY & DIFM Carpenter.Story Introduction:In today's society, workforces are dramatically regressing as the services in Lebanon are no longer efficient, effective, nor customer-centric. My 12 years of apprenticeship in Super Design taught me that a good word of mouth can be generated by consumers by making them feel comfortable by ensuring that all their special needs are accommodated and that they receive the proper high-quality customer service and treatment they deserve. I have also learned that for a company to remain active in the workforce, it needs to adjust to shifts in sociocultural trends to better satisfy those ever-changing consumer demands to increase customer retention and remain profitable in the long-term while still abiding by the public's ethical and social concerns to keep establishing customer/supplier relationships and maintain consumer trust. And since I always love keeping an open mind towards how to approach life and social conversations with customers, my interpersonal skills qualify me to fill in the gaps in the Lebanese workforces' needs for an honest and socially understanding manager, I would definitely be successful in my position by conducting a market study and environmental scanning to identify problems and change in workforce trends to contribute to improving service quality of the Lebanese workforce. My aptitude for proposing solutions to real-life problems also contribute to addressing underlying issues within the society to improve the company's operations and looking at angles that no other person would look at, which helped Super Design address customer painpoints and sustain competitive advantage by suggesting the trending types of furniture that the store needs to have in terms of quality and quantity to pertain to the the customers' various tastes and preferences, while improving and sustaining the company's operations by reducing costs, raising productivity, and creating customer value.Recommendation(s): 1 person
