With over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, I am currently the Head of Planning and Quality Control at IT Center, a department under the Ministry of Finance. In this role, I oversee the strategic planning, quality assurance, and project management of various IT initiatives and services for the government. I am also a certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, which enables me to apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework to deliver value and innovation. Additionally, I am a passionate diving instructor, with multiple certifications and skills in night and deep diving. I enjoy teaching and sharing my love for the underwater world with others, as well as learning new techniques and exploring new sites. I am driven by the mission of enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and security of the IT systems and processes in the public sector, while also pursuing my personal and professional development.
