 Controlling, monitoring and managing assigned projects or sub-projects. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of project BoQ preparation for new ordering, validation of vendor proposal, & finalization of BoQ. Prepare quarterly budget, construct BP & Capex planning. Design, Develop and Monitor Technology Internal and Cross Functional Processes, SLA and SOP’s as per requirement. Developing workflows, processes and templates for assigned projects. Risk Identification, assessment, mitigation follow-up and monitoring of Technology Lead internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries. Ensuring that all project requirement documentation is complete. Producing reports to suit relevant stages of the project. To build Transmission Network Architecture aligning business strategy and market trend. To find latest Transmission solution and to conduct necessary trial to make ready an up to date Transmission Network. To conduct internal audit for Transmission Network to check & balance between strategy & current network deviation. Coordinate with various Vendors, System Integrator s and Internal Departments for completing Projects within committed timelines.  Monitoring & maintaining the Transmission KPI of network.

 Plan on cost effective transmission solution for capacity and traffic routing Perform capacity planning on existing links and advice on need for optimization and expansion. Looking after Microwave link and preparing link budget using PATHLOSS 4.0 & PATHLOSS 5.0 by deciding parameters such as frequency spot, capacity of link, Antenna type, Antenna height, transmitting power, threshold degradation, fade margin, etc. Optimization of the network in the case of ring protection planning and up-gradation due to the capacity constraint  Plan & apply different protection scheme (SNCP, ERPS) in MW network. Monitoring & maintaining the Transmission KPI of network Coordination with Survey teams for LOS and site survey. Supported monthly Rollout & BSS requirement for all planned BTS & BSC by end of every month Optimized MW links with best usage of resource keeping quality of service Supported to Minimize the Leased Line by building own transmission network Fully responsible to ensure protection paths for all the Core / BSS Supported to meet the transmission requirement of IT, Sales or other department within time limit set by therequester. Supported to meet the FON / Capacity leasing as per marketing requirement maintained database for all the network elements and related activities to be verified every month Verify and finalize Transmission requirement of Sharing Projects for both cases where Banglalink as Lessee and Lessor.  Coordinate with various Vendors, System Integrator s and Internal Departments for completing Projects within committed timelines.  Overall responsibility of MW projects rollout  Proper communication with internal and external departments  Overall responsibility of MW projects rollout  Proper communication with internal and external departments
