Go through the issued drawings before activity commencement and raise RFI and RFC. Review the mivan shell plan in co-ordination with MEP team and got approval from the architect, structural and MEP consultants. Facilitation of all technical due diligence and constructability of the project. Establishing the concrete trials based on the project specification shared by the consultant. Co-ordination with architects for all finishing materials sample approval and finalizing finishing work of the mockup flat and got approved from architect and client. Reviewing method statement as per BOQ and quality standards, submitted by GC vendor & coordination with respective consultant for approvals. Coordination with GC vendor team for the deliverables concerning technical submissions and timely approvals of major P&M equipments. Checking and certification of Measurements sheets, RA bills, variation/deviation of quantities and NT items quantities.Coordination with vendors for quotation and preparing noting sheet for the approval of work order from contracts department. Managing overall construction & monitoring on daily basis to achieve the timelines. Tracking the work progress concerning monthly look ahead. Project coordination with all key stakeholders to maintain the time of deliverables. Executing the work compliant to ISO-45001EHS & ISO-9001QMS to maintain high standards as per company policy. Reviewing all the QA/QC submittals & transmittals by contractors. Site Execution and Construction works with reference to GFC drawings, Specifications, Approved Quality Assurance & Safety Plan for Civil Works, Roads, Storm Water Drain and finishing Works. Coordination with Piling & Earthwork contractor, Anti-termite Treatment Contractor, Civil contractor, Waterproofing Contractor and Finishing contractors for site progress with respect to Design, Cost, Quality & Timelines. Conducting Quality checks and inspections in accordance with the approved Quality Assurance Plan.
