I am Mohammad Ehtesham. I have done B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 2021.I have worked as a Trainee Engineer in Chatterjee Engineering Pvt Ltd ( TOYO India)in Project ADP1-EPCC1A-NVPR-6420, NAYARA, GUJRAT from Sept 2021 to August 2023 . My Roles and responsibilities :-I Have worked in Pipeline and Piping Studying Plant Specifications, GA, Plan Drawing, Route Alignment sheet & Isometric drawings before job execution.Responsible for execution of Welding Activity with HSE, Quality and obtaining Productivity with company Norms/ target.Responsible for Erection of Rack Piping, Equipment piping and 6 inch, 8 inch & 10 inch CS Pipeline.Co-ordinating with Fabrication Shops and painting yard for timely inputs of material to site for execution.Checking properly lifting plan, Method Statement before execution of Job.Checking OHL Certificates, Confine space entry certificate and Work at height certificate as attachment with permit per site requirement. Responsible for lifting activity by using Single Crane & Multi Crane with Approved lifting Plan.Fit up, Erection, Alignment, Weld visual inspection of pipes and Supports.Verify proper size, schedule of pipes, ratings of flanges, proper flange face and fittings, Gasket type and Color code, pipe-supports, guides are installed according to piping isometrics, support drawings and according to the required specifications.Responsible for Line clearing & closing punch list for Test Packages.Involved in Reinstatement activities of Installing Control valves, Permanent gasket connecting with continuation line after completion of Flushing activities.To ensure good site supervision, operations and consultant relationship are maintained and in line with agreed quality standards and procedural guidelines.Ensure planning, scheduling, monitoring & timely execution of Piping Erection.Prepare daily progress reports and Submit to Planning Department.To ensure smooth working, Mutual Coordination, and cooperation among erection groups and with all concerned involved in erection activities.To be in touch with planning section so as to get required documents needed for erection and to follow up of any details required.To make aware all those involved in erection regarding safety and precautions to be taken during course of erection.Safety co-ordination and ensuring safe environment by adopting difference safety measure and creating Safety awareness among the workmen by giving pep talks.
