(Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)- Arrange Timely obtaining of clearances,, approvals and permissions- Follow up MEP material schedule and procurement.- To act as the project team leader controlling all aspects of the MEP works including planning, administration, commercial, engineering, documentation and handover to the client.- Establishes regular meeting to review Work Progress, Cash flow and KPI (Key Performance Index)- Takes an active, personal role in the establishment, implementation and management of project Safety Management Systems and Procedures- Notify the client / subcontractors of ant delay to the work.- Preparing of close out documents and handing over the project.

- Review MEP contract drawings and preparing the MEP shop drawings. - Advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural / Civil changes and raise Query to Consultant. - Review MEP technical submittals for specification compliance. - Produce equipments & builder work scope Schedule for all MEP equipments detailing construction and maintenance requirement for equipments - Assist internally Planning department for updating of MEP work progress.- Assist internally QS department for any MEP additional works and estimate the variation order.- Assist internally QA/QC department to construct all MEP works as per contract specification. - Handing Over the Projects to the Consultants / Clients.
