Throughout my career in the banking industry, I have held various roles, starting as a Customer Service Officer and progressing to Deputy Manager, Branch Manager, and ultimately to Middle Area Branches Manager. Currently, I serve as the South Area Branches Manager.In my roles as Branch Manager and Area Manager, I have achieved numerous significant accomplishments by developing business plans aligned with the bank’s overarching strategy. These efforts helped me meet both financial and non-financial targets. In 2008, I earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which enabled me to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field.In 2009, I contributed to a study on a digital banking services company under the guidance of the Association of Banks in Palestine. Additionally, I have been a part-time academic supervisor at Al-Quds Open University since 2008, where I have taught various courses in business, accounting, and marketing.I hold a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) certificate, allowing me to deliver training courses to various organizations, including Arab Bank and the Palestine Banking Institute. I have designed and conducted over 90 training sessions, benefiting more than 1,300 participants.In May 2019, I participated with INJAZ Foundation as a lead coach for a group of students in a business startup competition. Our team, Ebatily Company, developed a mobile app that provides maintenance services and secured second place in the competition.I have also attended numerous professional courses, including Innovation and Design Thinking, Coaching (covering insight, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and strategic thinking), Training of Trainers for E-learning, ICDL, Digital Marketing, Team Dynamics, Leadership, Strategic Planning, Key Accounts Management, and others, mostly through Arab Bank.
