I am a dynamic professional with a diverse background in training, coaching, and program coordination. Passionate about empowering youth and fostering innovation, I have made significant contributions throughout my career.I graduated in Master’s degree as a Business of Marketing from Near East University in Cyprus in 2015 and then I joined and worked in different regional and national organizations in Lebanon working on Youth empowerment.Currently, I hold the role of Master Trainer and Certified Life Skills Trainer at ANERA, where I implement trainings aimed at empowering and equipping Youth with Positive Leadership skills, Career Guidance and Employability skills. Moreover, compiling curriculums and mastering different sports and making use of its positive impact of capacity building trainings.Prior to this, I also work as a Lab Enabler of GIL Program in UNRWA Innovation Lab, where I’m executing the project by targeting youth, keeping track of registration, interpreting youth’s database, directing and managing everyday logistics, facilitation and coordination with partners.Besides my professional pursuits, I am an avid reader of self-development books, watching and following-up different aspects of capacity building programs, and a passionate advocate of sports as a means of capacity building.I welcome the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and discuss potential partnerships or projects that align with my areas of expertise and passion for youth empowerment and innovation.
