I am Mohammad Elyas Faisal, born in Afghanistan. My education is in the field of law and I have obtained my master's degree in Criminal law and Criminal sciences. I have worked voluntarily and obligatorily in different departments. My greatest effort is in the field of society; growth, support and strengthening of children, women, defense of fundamental human rights, civil activities in the direction of peace, justice-oriented, legal and rule-of-law. In addition to leadership skills, legal, defense advocacy, social and political activities; I am also active in the field of writing. My works are summarized in the frames of scientific articles and academic treatises. Some examples: Field trial in the era of legalism, Review of civil law from the perspective of Afghan civil law, Sexual disorders and the law, Drugs and their effects in the region and dozens of research writings. In addition, I have been responsible for social organizations as a country representative, legal advisor, defense lawyer and teacher.
