Efficient IT Support: Proactively respond to IT service requests across multiple channels, including email, phone, and in-person, ensuring users receive timely and effective assistance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.2. End User Support: Provide comprehensive Level 1 support for software and hardware issues, efficiently managing user accounts and systems through SCCM, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune, to ensure seamless user experiences.3. Device and Tool Management: Oversee the management of mobile devices and enterprise tools such as Office 365, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet user needs, while also handling configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.4. Windows 11 Deployment: Assist in the deployment of Windows 11 across the organization, including system maintenance, configuration, and testing WIFI compatibility to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.5. Software Deployment with Intune: Help test, package, and deploy software using Intune, ensuring correct deployment. Test software packages using a batch file on Visual Studio to confirm they work as intended. Then, upload an Intune.win file to Intune and test the software using the Company Portal before making it available to users.6. Software Vulnerability Management: When Cybersecurity submits a ticket for a software vulnerability, test the software to see if there is an auto-update, get the latest version, test the software to ensure it does not create duplicates, and perform mass deployment for users. Use Intune/Company Portal for new installations and auto updates.7- Cybersecurity and Patch Management: Support the cybersecurity team in identifying and patching vulnerabilities, maintaining the Checkpoint firewall, and ensuring the organization's network and systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
