CurrentAs part of Smart Grid, managing multiple projects Smart Meter rollout for entire Muscat, smart water meter, Troubleshooting of all smart meter and Manual Meter Reading (MMR) for MEDC.Leading complete project of DLMS protocol based Smart Metering solution and 70,000 Nos. of smart meter are successfully deployed in field for Muscat electricity & distribution company (MEDC).Responsible for complete troubleshooting of various issues, developing test case scenarios in accordance with field application and then verification of end‐to‐end smart meter solution (includes HES, Smart meters, and MDM).Carryout the complete integration of TISCO utilities IT and HES portal of Client, including assignment of work-orders, Target Setting and MDM dashboard for Meter reading, Site Survey, meter replacement and troubleshooting.Spearheading complete activities in workshop for calibration and testing of Meters.Managing team performance to ensure that the customer’s satisfaction index is always at a high, implement process changes & constantly monitoring quality.Determining the training needs, identifying training gaps & conducting programs to enhance operational efficiency of entire team to ensure profitability and maintaining productivity benchmark.Handling around 150+ resources who are working in MMR and smart meter rollout and managing Vehicle fleet, arrangement of food at site and accommodation.
