At its zenith, I led… Show more As the Training Manager for one of the most ambitious digital healthcare system implementations at "Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust" and "Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust”, over 49,000 staff members across nine sites in London [five GSTT locations, 4 KCH locations], within a 9-week period. My role encompassed a diverse range of training methodologies, including virtual training via Microsoft Teams and Webex, in person classroom training and e-learning. At its zenith, I led and managed a dynamic team of 200 trainers, which later stabilized to over 100 trainers towards the program's conclusion. - Ensuring the smooth execution and reporting of approximately 140 training sessions daily- Effectively managing scheduling, resourcing, and addressing any arising challenges through the various training strategies- Managing and ensuring deliverables are on track including the development of course material, face-to-face lesson plans, e-learning video scripts, development of e-learning recordings via Captivate and application help guides- Recording, authorising and following up on all annual leave requests, sick leave and attendance for all agency staff as well as conducting return to work assessments- Maintained clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, trainers, and management.
