• Inspection & Witnessing according to Project Specification and QCP & ITP. Preparation of final reports, reviewing of documents, to Inspection and record and handover to Client.• Read and review of engineering drawing such as Instrument Index, Hook-Up Drawings, Data Sheets, P & I diagrams, lighting, power, earthing and lightning protection systems, Interconnection/wiring diagrams, electrical schematic, single line diagram, Cable Schedule.• Inspection of site construction works and Incoming materials to ensure conformance to project specification.• Supervision of al the construction activities such as calibration, instrument panel,support,lighting, power, earthling and lightning protection systems, Interconnection/wiring diagrams, Instrument schematic, single line diagram, Cable Schedule.• Liaising with clients,supplier,contractor and relevant authorities.• Project management within cost and timed constrained environment.

• Review of scope of works as per contract document and preparation of work Schedule.• Monitoring of daily work activities and make sure that which meets project schedule• Assign Subcontractor manpower based on priority of works.• Work front update on weekly basis and meeting with Contractor Management to share the open work fronts.• Preparation of Field Purchase Request, Field Instruction etc• Monthly Invoice verification and release for payment. • Calibration assistance for all types of Instruments.• To provide installation instruction for all types of Instruments like GWR LT, Thermal Mass Flow meters, Ultrasonic flow meters etc• Conducted SAT for DCS,ESD,F&G,CMS,SCADA System etc• Loop Checking and Trouble shooting• Experience in Field Instruments and Control Systems procurement activities of issuing inquiry & purchase requisitions, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review• Co-ordination and Communication with vendor and Supervising installation of field instruments.• Review of Vendor documents, Technical clarifications & deviation request.• Acquainted with P&ID Markups, Hook-ups, Loop diagrams, I/O list and Instrument index, Cause & Effects, Logic Diagram, Data Sheets and Functional Schematics.• Conversant with, IO assignment and Module Assignment and Termination details.• Supervision of Instrument installation, cable laying, Junction Box installation, Inspection, Calibration, Loop checking.• Inspection of all field instruments in the unit by reading P&ID.• Testing, Erection and Commissioning of field instruments such as pressure switches, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, R.T.D, Thermocouple, flow and level transmitters• Installation and Troubleshooting of Transmitters
