Sap S/4 Cutover Mm/Sd/Pp - Senior Manager
CurrentClient - Johnson & Johnson - Led GO-lives' across business platform, where we had 2 projects going live at the same time. and I was able to successfully plan with the Europe team to coordinate resources and task execution and ensure both projects went live with out issues on the same SAP Instance. - Coordinating the activities of multiple departments, work threads, and/or physical sites around each go-live. - Preparation, ramp down, cutover, and ramp up activities in a methodical and consistent model.- Integrating all IT, data, and business activities across all impacted work threads and end users to prepare the organization for final go-live- Responsible to delivery a 80-100 Million dollar project which will span a total of 3 years and 5 deployments.- Working with complex structure of cross functional teams to capture dependencies and down stream impacts for cutover with zero impacts to business operations.- Led time sensitive alignment meeting to address unexpected timeline changes for project cutover execution.- Responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution of integrated release cutover activities and associated system outages. - Leading, managing and coordinating the SAP implementation and cutover activities across the organization in collaboration with IT and the business- Coordinate activities of a wide team of SAP functional experts, SAP technical experts and Business Analysts- Monitor data and cutover progress and communicate to leadership team including status, progress, issues, etc.- Business Unit engagement and communications as required- Plans the resources, human and physical required for cut-over activities
