Sr. Analyzer Technician
Current•Ensure that the performance of online system analyzers conforms to the specifications.•Manage and direct a nine-person team as assistant leader.•Maintain consistent communication with plant staff in order to evaluate the team's performance and operational status.•Serve as the department's focal point for the AIMS (Analyzer Information Management System) update•Utilize statistical techniques in AIMS to evaluate analyzer variables and determine the need for calibration and PPM optimization.•Collaborate among other departments to ensure all materials flow efficiently.•Collaborate with the construction team to schedule all deliveries, handle all delays, and guarantee material needs are met.•Maintain all material status information on a weekly basis.
