A Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in maintenance of Mechanical Equipment’s and quality control, Safety & Production processes .Skilled in troubleshooting problems on various types of equipment, understanding system schematics and knowing equipment safety systems and processes.Job Responsibilities:• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical equipment’s in the Osprey Diaper reclaim plant and plastic granulation machines.• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.• Supervise Maintenance team to oversee and service day-to-day operations.• Evaluate processes for operational and cost efficiency.• Troubleshoot processes to reduce rates of errors, breakages, and sub-standardproduction.• Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products. • Ensure quality maintenance practices are used to allow for safe and efficient repairs minimizing downtime.• Maintenance of plastic granulation machines of modern technology and supporting over high productions.• Maintenance of ELGI and Atlas COPCO Air compressors to run with moderate discharge pressure and maintain the output values.• Maintaining of inventory control and purchase record and obtaining quotations from suppliers.• Ensuring and maintaining good quality of recycled SAP, cotton and plastic from Osprey Diaper reclaim system.• Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations.• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.• Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe and investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the jobsite.
