Providing support in monitoring financial activities and reporting financial achievements based onapprove budget policies and procedures are in place to support the Cybersecurity Malaysia business operations and objectives.Key Accountabilities-Manage and monitor day to day financial operations activities such as Account Payable (AP) ,Account Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).-Providing assistance in preparing the monthly financial closing on timely basis in order to assist department to prepare monthly financial report to top management to make financial decision.-Members of Commercial Evaluation Committee (CEC) involve with the bidder and project owner regarding price comparison against estimated budget. Report consist of :-Bank Reconciliation report, petty cash reconciliation report ,AR report ,AP report ,Draft of financial report.To ensure and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) on Financial Operations activitiesTo comply to CSM information security objectives and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines .Perform other duties as and when required.Report & providing data on commercial evaluation findings to determine the bidder meet the criteria based on estimated budget.

*Responsible for all aspects of accounting functions that include computations, journal accounting entries and other accounting duties. *Ensure proper reconciliation of account which include bank, general ledger.*Ensure that an adequate system of internal control maintain and implement.*Maintain proper failing and update weekly debtor aging report.*Issue debit and credit note to other subsidiaries company.*Prepare a slide AR and AP for cooperate review and assist to consolidation debtor and creditor report.*Assist in the preparation of Division Monthly Consolidation Accounts*Assist in the preparation of Division Monthly Financial Reports (MFR)*Assist in the preparation of Division Monthly Exco Slides*As part of the console team, my duty includes gathering information from all of the subsidiaries in the division. Here, my role is to diligently communicate with the staffs responsible in handling the subsidiary companies to adhere to the dateline in providing information. Facilitating their participation is crucial to ensure that we have a smooth consolidation process.
