I started from scratch to build a mid sized construction firm, helped it grow from zero to 45 employees in 2 years of service and returned a turnover of 3million AED. The vision was to cater the resurgent and reemerging construction market in UAE, and start a service business with focus on high end finishing services. Our fist project was Falconcity of Wonders project in DubaiLand, construction of 200 villas, for which we were awarded subcontract of Finishing works of 25 villas which included blockworks, machine rendered plastering, HVAC and electrical works, QMS monitoring and execution. Our contract was extended to Infrastructure works for 200 villas where we supplied our services for construction of connecting roads, interlock and kerbstone works. In the 4th quarter of 2014, we were awarded subcontract for supply and installation of Blockwork, Plaster and QA/QC services for a Residential G + 8 Tower in Al Sheria, Fujeirah. We successfully completed the project within allocated timeframe of 8 months.In Januray 2015, we successfully ventured into Fitout and Interior Decoaration Works. We completed 6nos of high end offices and shops in Business Bay, Dubai in 6 months. We have 3 high end offices in our pipeline in Business Bay Dubai, and we believe our commitment to quality and client care will prove to be a climbing stone to success.
