As a Senior QA Engineer, I am creating and organizing regression and post deploy sets. I am supervising a team of 8 QA Engineers across different product categories and produce detailed and actionable reports on QA team performance, test results, and defect tracking, providing valuable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.

As a QA Engineer, I tested and passed Jira tickets for both new features and bug fixes as part of a scrum team, by developing and executing test cases. I also performed regression and post deploy testing for mobile, web and backend releases. Having interest in the more technical side of software issues reported by clients, I was promoted to Product Support Engineer. In this role, I investigated issues reported by customers and documented them via technical JIRA tickets. I also generated weekly and quarterly patient and clinician data reports for HRS customers, in addition to communicating weekly with clients about progress of bug fixes for issues they reported.
