• Managing a MEP service contract with Directory Of Military Works (AED 20 Million Project value)• Set and monitor of yearly budget through the monthly P/L sheet.• Direct reports includes (6supervisor, 2 office administrators and CAFM operator and 90 technician in-house staff + subcontractors staff).• Prepare and execute of the PPMs according to the O&M Manual.• Provide technical advice to customerand represent the customer in technical interfaces with third parties.• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.• Contribute and integrate with other business units for smooth and most efficient operation to achieve the agreed and commites SLA’s.• Professionally delegate work to subordinates, and issuing of work permits.• Prepare and present regular reports to client related to facility, finance, budget, utilities consumption, and energy saving, and maintain records on CAFM system.• Lead and monitor the subcontracting works i.e. (Fire fighting and life safety, security systems, lifts, BMS, gas, water treatment, UPS, barrier, …etc
