Accountable for:· Deliver HR solutions and expertise to all departments heads , managers through the design and implementation of Human Resources strategies that support key initiatives to achieve business results and enable sustainable growth.· Develop a strategic plan to achieve organizational goals.· Develop the HR agenda to improve and monitor employee productivity , developing HR strategies , policies , and practices , Structuring compensations and benefits packages that as a role for HR Business Partner.· Work in conjunction with all departments heads to ensure maximum profitability.· Controlling data loading from HR system to the core banking system .· Monitoring the adherence of all HR systems compliance with local labor laws and regulations.· Recruitment, selecting and training .· Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving  goals and objectives of the bank and prepare succession planning.· Payrolls, Social Security, Income Tax, STB (Service Termination Benefits) ,provident fund ,Health Insurance, Employee’s Expenses (Compensation & Benefits).· Prepare strategic cost-cutting to help the bank lower the cost structure and ensure the bank is ready for growth. It focuses on the aspects of the business that are controllable while freeing up resources to fund the transformation and future growth.· Controlling the execution of Bank staff’s  appraisals , annual increases and bonuses  .· General structure , Sub structures , Job description , Manpower planning , Action plane , Business plan , TNA .· Set and update bank’s pay structure and benefits offerings.· Preparing HR financials reports for central bank of Jordan & all related departments .· Audit on all HR areas to ensure that compliance with labor laws and internal rules and regulations of risk and compliance sector to reduce operational risk report, ratio and its place in the achievement of HR goals and objectives .· Follow up and preparing the HR reports as per  internal and external audits requirements.· Preparing and updating the HR polices , procedures , handbook· Preparing and monitoring HR budget .· Employees’ loans credit studies and recommendations . Controlling Hr operations risks (CRSA report) .
