Identify and close deals with strategic business partners to increase revenue for the organization and profitabilityManaging company’s sales by preparing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control.Managing sales targets and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.Provide all technical recommendations to the sales team for the assigned product and establish strong communication channels with the customers and suppliers for the assigned product line.Develop business strategies for the product market positioning, growth and sales profitability targets.Develop sales by generating new opportunities for the company through targeting potential customers to expand company’s market share.Provide the management with all information related to product growth and potential in the market.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales reports for the management.Devise and review the product sales strategies and pricing structure with the management.Develop and recommend marketing and advertising plansfor the products.Research competitor’s policies, products and prices to provide market studies on potential business opportunities.Handle relationship with suppliers to ensure the flow of reliable items, place orders and coordinate with supplier until goods are in stock.Ensure proper inventory control for the stock by keeping inventories at a level which is based on sales volume.Understanding of customer needs and resolve customer issues and complaints.Daily follow up with sales team schedule and performance.Weekly follow up with sales team on targets and collection.Participate on field visits with the sales team.Plan and implement sales training programs.
