• Send proposals to new roaming partners, seek agreement, negotiate and proceed for approvals.• Ensure all policy and procedures are adhered while preparing roaming agreements.• Apply and maintain proper documentation for signing new agreements with roaming partners.• Ensure prompt adherence to external / internal audit recommendation report.• Facilitate in establishing signaling connection with roaming partners after signing agreement.• Coordinate with both technical teams ( MTNA and roaming partner ) to extend necessary support.• Coordinate with IT, Billing,, Technical and Roaming Partners to test outbound and inbound roaming service.• Providing roaming test SIM to partners and maintaining the record.• Coordinating with IT and roaming partner to make sure the sufficient balance is loaded to roaming test lines.• Make sure that all needful information for both inbound and outbound are ready at both HPMN & VPMN networks.• Enforce roaming partners’ strict compliance with billing and invoicing conditions.• Keep updated the IRs and AAs.• Send and receive roaming related invoices from all roaming partners.• Provide traffic data / rates for roaming revenue and cost reporting.• Design and implement report for monitoring inbound and outbound roamers.• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly roaming revenue and cost reports.• Investigate roaming issues for both inbound and outbound which leads to decrease revenue.• Review and maintain accurate documentation in both soft and hard copies of banks, roaming data, contracts, notices and related corresponding with roaming partners.• Perform proper monitoring and administration of roaming data in the billing application in the front-end.
