• Origination of Adjacency projects, upgrading project, new BD opportunities - 52 MW Solar project development + construction and battery energy storage projects in the country.• PV Plant design, calculations, and studies review.• PV Plant site activities monitoring, implementation, and supervision.• PV Plant interconnection facilities coordination with the off taker• PV Plant grid compliance & commissioning procedures review, execute, and coordinate with the off taker.• Execution of existing and future opportunities as and when they materialize• Liaise with all internal stakeholders as required to gain sign off and approval at appropriate milestones• Manage external consultants as required, including financial, legal, technical, tax and accounting• Develop and lead business plan activities as needed• Support implementation of a range of project opportunities as and when required• Review and analyse market opportunities and develop recommendations

• Responsible for monthly operation Key Performance Indicators (KPI) calculating follow up analysis and update on SAP. Analyze and prepare action plan to improve KPI. Consolidate KPI for Jordan • Responsible to implement AES Performance Excellance ( APEX ) projects which improve the plant performance, safety, environmental, etc. Implementing APEX reduces cost and increase revenue. • Responsible for reporting to prepare and coordinate all reporting - Government, Regulator, Partner, Lenders, Offtaker. Coordinating with Finance team to submit different lenders report. Interaction with Government, Regulator and Offtaker to submit and clarify different reports

- Electrical Design Review.- Erection and installation of electrical equipment "Transformers, Generators, and SWGR"- Testing and Commissioning of electrical equipment "Transformers, Generators, and SWGR"- Coordination between all related parties "private & governmental" for the necessary approvals.- Reporting to different parties in relation to construction activities.

• Assignment is performing corrective and preventive maintenance on MV and LV switchgear and Power Transformers, control panels and circuit’s breakers, motor control center.• Programming, Modification, and troubleshooting.• Progressive maintenance tools and fault analysis tools: why –why and fish boon fault analysis, making a breakdown or a minor stop or a process failure report.• Issuing purchasing orders for tools and spare parts required in maintenance and aligning with suppliers then confirming the receiving of the requested materials.
