Supervising and Organizing all lifting activities. Conduct Regular Inspections to ensure that Operator, Riggers are competent and fully comply with safe practice and safety manner while preparation & implementation of lifting and rigging works to prevent incident. Review and revised safety program related maintenance and safety procedures / standard to ensure achievement of the purpose of zero accident . Workers engaged in maintenance and installation of rigging, hosting and positioning machinery. Ensure Installation life line if working at height and tag line for each load pick up and set down procedure and warn other personnel in the area of moment of the load and barricaded swing area. Supervise and coordinates activities of workers engaged in all rigging and lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and MS. Assists and determines the proper method of lifting equipment for each assigned project. Assists with the set up of crane. Familiar with and enforces strict compliance for movement of machinery using knowledge of various method of sliding and lifting equipment. Ensure condition of root and ground is safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile crane. Responsible to Prepare and arrange Company written documents like Lifting plan, MS, Lifting procedure, TBT attendance, PTW etc. and keep close during lifting activities. Performs routine and non routine lift as per method statement and lifting plan. Controlling and performing and inspecting the all overall operation and all rigging and lifting activities.
