Sofitel Tower - Hotel And Resorts, Karachi

Initially posted at Construction site of Accor Sofitel Tower, Karachi. Major role was to execute the construction drawings on site, monitoring of day to day construction work at site and inspection of work, procurement of material, preparation of bills, reports, construction safety implementation and coordination with design and consultation firms at all levels.Paragon Constructors was involved in all the substructure and superstructure work at Sofitel Tower including external and internal finishing, and water proofing.Later on was involved in the planning activities of the project, responsible for preparing work schedules of various works at site and the overall completion of the project. Major tools used in planning were Primavera and MS Project.I was also responsible for preparing daily weekly and monthly reports and present them to the consulting group in the CLT meetings held.

Project with US Agency for international Development in coordination with University of Stanford and NED University. The project was on 'Building Capacity in Pakistan to Seismically Retrofit Essential Structures' and involved seismic evaluations of structures via softwares and analysis accordingly.
