Fully responsible for FX commodities/Enery/Derivative & Margin Trading DeskReporting to Head of Treasury.Responsibilities to maximize FX and Margin Trading Desk profitability in the line of SOP/ with the help of Risk Management guidelines.Managing the Treasury Sales/Margin Trading and Marketing team Direct responsibility for Corporate Sales budget that includes Rates, Foreign Exchange, commodities, Credit derivatives and alternative assets. Identify Interest rate and FX exposures of the potential customers and provide solutions to their risk management problems according to their risk appetite and understanding. Implement customer appropriateness and suitability for new products.Close relationship with all FGB top notch/HNI/Corporate clients, dealing personally with all the top clients regularly.Provide solutions to Customers with surplus cash. Introduce investor products across various asset classes and alternative assets.Enhance the product and Market coverage and develop efficient MIS reports to monitor the growth. Close working relationship with the Client Relationship team. Actively involved in the strategy and account planning sessions to discuss the Credit Risk and revenue potential from a particular customer. External interface as well as internal communication with product partners, other business units, Operations, Credit Office and Expected to achieve 55% growth in 2010 compared to 2009.Dealing with VVIP and high net worth client directly in FX & MT Desk, discussing about the FX/Derivative ideas and the market movements and advising to our corporate/HNI clients to hedge their currency exposures.Update Policy & procedures for existing & new products.Margin Trading Desk.Recently Launched new Margin Trading product for Treasury, set all the procedures, Focusing to provide Internal/external customers on line platform to deal in Currency spot/ futures, Metal, CFD's, commodities, crude etc.
