An Operational Firearms Commander and Sergeant within the Royalty and Specialist Protection Command, I have been entrusted with protecting members of the Royal Family and other world leaders on multiple occasions. Providing the highest level of security as a police officer and in a previous role within aviation security, I bring integrity, leadership and professionalism to my work, making critical decisions relating to the security and safety of others. I am also experienced in conducting complex criminal investigations ranging from thefts & fraud to serious assaults. I motivate & inspire others and achieve goals & successful outcomes.I also mentor new recruits & coach under performing staff while monitoring their improvement. Security management: Developing security plans and operational procedures, I analyse, restructure & deliver intelligence briefings and data packets. I implement all safety measures & keep them up-to-date.  State visits: Overseeing the safety of foreign national delegations and VIPS on state visits, including a US presidential visit to Windsor Castle, I am professional, courteous and ensure everything runs smoothly. High profile events: Planning and managing the security at large-scale events under global media scrutiny at Windsor Castle such as the funerals of Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh, and numerous investitures and formal dinners hosted by the Royal Family, I make certain it runs according to plan without any issues. Improving efficiency: In charge of improving existing working practices, I redesign, implement and improve safety protocols as part of a business change strategy, enhancing efficiency through redesigning existing working practices. Managing risk: Conducting daily information and intelligence analysis. I assess threats and risk, provide & implement effective solutions to manage and mitigate those risks.
