Major Duties as Projects Quality Control Manager at Novin Simia Company:• Checking the quality of materials prior to sending to site.• Interpret drawings details, clauses of Spec and other instructions by the Gov’t with Design Department.• Reviewing construction design report, drawings and Spec prior to submittal.• Collecting the daily and weekly progress reports from Site QCM’s and submitting to client.• Assisting and supporting the site QCM’s in preparing & running of preparatory the Three-Phase Control for each DFoWs.• Implement and enforce all aspects of Contract Quality Control program • Perform specification compliance inspections • Perform work quality inspections • Complete daily QC reports and other related reports • Hold preparatory, initial, and follow up inspections for all definable features of work • Utilize USACE 3-phase quality control (preparatory, initial, and follow up) programs to prevent deficiencies. • Preparing Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M)• Coordinate with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers QA personnel • Pre-final and final inspection, documenting work in daily QC reports• Developing QC Plans and QC Programs.• Attending weekly, monthly QC meetings with Client.• Coordinating by weekly schedules with Site Superintendents for tests, materials receiving, starting DFoW`s, On-site and Off-site inspections.

Major Duties as Sr. Civil Structural Design Engineer at VICC:• Preparing structural design package (Analysis & Design Reports, Design Drawings and Spec)• Preparing Shop drawings, BBS & Material Takeoff (MTO)• Site coordination for solving of any design problems and monitoring of design application at the project• Check all clients’ comments and its application on the design drawing and Spec• Replying to Clients’ comments and applying on design calculations and drawings• Responding RFI`s• Discussing RFI`s with Client• Assisting Project Teams with those RFI`s impact cost and time.

Major Duties at FCEC UIProjects JV:• Checking the CQC Daily Site Construction Reports before submitting to Client• Preparing QC plans & assisting SSHO to develop Safety Plans• Inspecting construction materials laboratories to make sure validated by USACE.• Reviewing Design and Material Submittals• Preparing closeout submittals• Inspection of Punch lists items and preparing correction plans, reviewed and approved by QA.• Ensure that any deficiencies, findings, and corrective action reports are recorded and monitored.• Quality Control and Quality Assurance at all phases.• Works with the project team to identify the safety hazards and mitigation strategies associated with regulatory compliance.• Using QCS/ RMS.
